transcript of the ideas or tentative plans discussed for

for a meeting date</FONT><FONT face=Arial size=2> a little closer to
the next fur season. </FONT></EM></DIV>

opposed to more confrontational demonstration ideas. </EM></FONT></FONT></DIV>
