[VegChat] roomie needed

I am looking for a non-smoking vegetarian roommate to move in August 1 or September 1.  I am a single professional, living in centretown and I have a very friendly Golden Retriever.
 
I have a two bedroom apartment on the second floor of a old heritage home that has been beautifully renovated (11 ft ceilings with crown mouldings).  It is quite large (1600 square feet) and fully furnished (except bedroom number two).  There are two bathrooms, laundry facilities, hardwood floors, a working fireplace, and 
 
The rent is $1350 total.  So $675 each.  Plus hydro (approx. $50 every two months total) and oil/hotwater tank (approx. $80 a month total).  Heat is included.
 
 A personality match is very important to me.  I am looking for someone who is responsible and easy going.
