[VegChat] Vietnamese Palace

I went to Vietnamese Palace last night.  It was very vegetarian friendly, 
with some interesting dishes, a couple faux meat options, yadda yadda.  It 
was also a big place (two floors), service was good and prices were pretty 
reasonable.  Food was also very fresh.  Might be a good place for a future 
meetup.
